Only Tuesday!!!!!

L to R: Roxie, Wilson, Me, Nate, Sophie, Katie
My New Haircut!!
Well it`s only Tuesday night and it seems that it has been the longest week ever so far. Yesterday Wilson`s brother came down to the valley for some appointments he had set up. Michael, the sweet heart that he is, squeezed some time in to have dinner with us goobers. We had a awesome visit. It was so nice to see him.
Later our good friends Nate & Katie came over with their daughter, Sophie, to play the most awesome game ever, Killer Bunnies. Nate & Katie are close family friends, they know Elizabeth, Wilson babysitter sister, who is on a mission. Well one of us dorks had a great idea to write her a pass around letter. We each were allowed to write one sentence and then pass it on to the next person. You were only allowed to read what the previous sentence was. That had to be the funniest letter I have ever gotten to write in my life I hope she finds it as fun and enjoyable as we did writing it.
Today Wilson had class and I had a hair appointment at one of the near by beauty schools to color my hair. Then I worked that afternoon and evening with the loudest bunch of kids ever.

Naughty Nasty Liver!!!!!

I have had many people email and text me or in leave voice message concerned because in my last posting. I stated that I had got really sick and that some of my blood work was looking really bad and had to cut my hours at work due to this. Let me tell you that what happend.
I had gotten sick with a cold or allergy or something like that I felt better as long it wasn't windy. Then I one monday afternoon I recceived a phone call from a dear sick friend that was in the hospital unable to deal with the unkown crap they were giving her. So wilson and I went and visit cause having a nut crew like us come visit you always will make your day. I came home made some dinner had the missionaries and a friend over but even before dinner was in the oven I had chills and a fever that was spiking 101.5. I went to bed and slept all the next day. I ended up in a mean cycle of feeling good then nasty for about a week. The next monday, with yet another high fever, and me sitting in the restroom coughing up snot with blood. Then came the blood vomit nasty taste fyi:}
Wilson and I grabbed are hospital attire and left to the emergency room. I just relized how sad it looks and sounds that wilson and I have hospital attire for our bi monthly emergency room runs.
When we got there I was immedatly taken back and put in a room still coughing bloody snot and dry heaving. They gave me a iv taking out some much blood I thought I was going past, out good thing I was on a BED!!!! They then gave me fluids and pain killers and anti-nausea medication. I was then taken to CT scan where they saw I had serious sinus infection and fluid in my belly. The ER doc talked with the liver team and decided to let me go seeing that my sinus infection was so bad that if they went in and sugicaly drained the fluid I would be at high risk for infection which everyone knows can mean death for Erica. So I came home with a script of antibiotics and percocet for the pain.
The fluid in my belly has since gone down, and I`m feeling much better but the liver docs say that the next time I have fluid in my belly they will have to surgicaly drain it out. So lets hope that it doesnt come back!!!
Many of you have asked why i haven`t gotten a liver transplant yet or where I am on the list. I am still, after ALL of this, not sick enough to be high enough on the list to get a transplant. Just in case any of you have forgotten, with my type of liver problems I will have to be really sick for a long time to score high enough to be at the top of the list. which means that I will probably be on my deathbed at that time.
FYI I will go through cycles of being really healthy then really sick so don`t freak out when i tell you I had to go to the Hospital because right now thats just the status quo!!
I am not 100% quirky erica but pretty close!!!!
I love you all!!! Thank you for all the concern you have shown. It means a lot to Wilson and I!! Attached is a picture to show you that I`m still allive and kicking!!!!

Life update

This is a picture of our baby Roxie that Wilson recently took and I love it because she is laying on our bed taking a break. Some times in life you just need a break with your eyes close.
It is Easter Sunday and I am sitting at my parents house on my laptop trying to catch up on my digital correspondence. Since my last blog lots of stuff has happend.
Wilson finished another semester of nursing school. He onlt has 2 more to go!!!
I got a job as a caregiver and HAB Tech worker for Concentric home health. I was working 40 plus hour a week until I got really sick and had to cut down to 25 hours. I`m OK but my lab work is a litle worse than it has been.
My parents added four more little additions to there family. They are cuties, but are loud and a lot of work.
My In-laws got the news that their daughter will be returning really soon from Chile Vina Del Mar Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She flys into Phoenix international airport on May 14, 2009 I can't wait to see her.
My brother Ryan who lives with Wilson and I got in a car accidents after leaving the renssance festival. He totaled my parents car. He didn`t hurt himself but was shaken from the whole ordeal, from the accident to the ER, to the massive headache he had for two days afterwards. He also was accepted into Arizona State University with a huge scholarship. GO RYAN!
Elena has come back from running awayAGAIN and now is pregant.... She is due at the end of November.
I just asked wilson what else is going on in our life or has gone on. He said not much but the Diamonbacks season has started we hope to go some games this year.
I hope everyone is having a Happy Easter with there families.
Oh forgot the most important thing of all I got grass in my mini lawn and have started growing flowers and herbs:)
